The food was delicious this was a rare find but it is a must come to when you are here The clam chowder deluxe to die for the crab melt amazing and the garlic fries you got to try the garlic fries The seafood was nothing but fresh now lets talk about the service.... we walked in the whole restaurant was empty but by the time we sat down it was full our server was nice and polite and served us very well she was kind and funny thank you DEVIN for making our first experience great you are awesome and great with all customerz thank you again DEVIN!!! The chicken sandwich from there was AMAZING, we will definitely eat there again next time we visit

I'm sorry, but after our last visit here I need to update my review. Usually my wife and I love coming here, but our last visit was not great. My fish and fries were under cooked and soggy..as was the sides of garlic bread. My wife's ceasar salad was warm and soggy. The chowder was great as always, but after our server never did a check back until dropping off the check..we felt very disappointed this time.

Good food and great location. Better to visit during warmer weather so you can sit outside and enjoy the view. The cedar plank salmon was tasty. Nice variety on the menu. Worth a visit.

The food was good and a Friend ordered the deluxe chowder and say it was great. Mom says it's the best chowder she's tasted from a restaurant. Clean, but rundown, restrooms. Nice staff. Unreasonable refill prices.

The food is always so good Everytime we go. The service was decent and the staff was friendly. Can't wait to go back again :-)

If we could leave a negative review we would, the waitress was inpatient and in personable and should not be in customer service THE appetizer cod had a nasty smell when telling sever about our concerns she grab plate and walked away we could see in her body language on how dare we complain! We left and went to beachcombers had a perfect meal an personable service.

If you want an honest depiction of Florence, Oregon, then this is the place. Friendly folk, warm service, and fun Saturday night karaoke jams, with occasional eclectic dancing participants, but still friendly enough for the whole family. Oh, and the deluxe chowder is second to none.

Firehouse has a varied menu but I never made it past the burger selections. Quality bun and 1/2 pound patty makes this a memorable meal. There a several choices for sides, but I recommend the garlic fries. This isn't garlic salt they're using. These are made with minced garlic!Take a break from the usual and check out the Firehouse

Clam chowder is some of the best on the West Coast. Great people. Check out Sunday nights for an amazing life band, you won't be dissatisfied with this place.

The food was good but the menu itself a bit disappointing, not enough seafood options in my opinion. Service was good at the start of the meal but then was neglected after the food was brought out.

Went to Florence for a vacation and decided on this place randomly cause it came up on "nearby". Just got lucky. We happened to get there as there was a live band playing. Great atmosphere, good food and drinks, awesome live music, and we even got to meet some of the musicians. :)

Was told we could sit wherever so we sat outside and they forgot about us. Had to go back in to get menus. Took almost 40min to get our food which consisted of an overcooked burger and the dryest meatballs that not even the marinara sauce could moisten. Deeply regretting our decision to eat here and would've preferred fast food over this.

Superb clam chowder and a great country band ensemble

We came from outta town, decided to get a bite to eat at Jerry's place. We had really bad service and decided to look for somewhere else. Majority vote chose Firehouse, which none of us have ever had. Everything was amazing! We had burgers, salads, clam chowder and more. It was all so good! The fries and ranch are amazing! Our server Angie was awesome! We will be bringing more family and friends for lunch soon! Highly recommend.

Never answered the phone and I've called multiple times

The food and service was good! The clam chowder was flavorful, though maybe too chunky and thick for my taste. Everyone has different preferences though. The kids menu is really great, and all my kids loved the food! My oldest two especially enjoyed the clam chowder with the garlic cheese bread. The kids menu mac and cheese was absolutely delicious, though I don't recommend reheating it. Overall, a positive experience and it beats a 45 minute wait at Mo's!

We had heard about this restaurant, so when in the area we walked through the by-lanes to find it; and were we glad we did.We chose to go with their Deluxe Bowl and their Steamer Clams for lunch, with their fresh iced tea. Jennifer, our server, was friendly and provided us with some history of the area and the restaurant's decor. The food was really good and the service was splendid, just what one wants when one is on vacation.We would recommend The Firehouse if one is in the area, and it is unlikely to disappoint.

The food is good, they offer garlic French fries, very good if you like lots of garlic. Friendly service. I'd recommend it.

Great place to eat. Pricing is a bit high but worth it. You definitely get what you pay for. Drinks were wonderful. Staff was attentive.

I'm here for karaoke and the bartender made me the drink I requested.. I love this place! I love coming to karaoke here, I just did it's your love by Faith Hill and Tim McGraw with the host Dan and it was great!

Had their deluxe clam chowder today, they add on top some crab, baby shrimp, and cheese. My mom loved it, I thought it was so-so. I have picky taste buds, so definitely give it a try! We sat outside and it was a wonderful day for it! I was a little surprised when a patron lit up a cigarette at a table near the entrance and was not asked to move away. Our server did her job and nothing more but did her job nonetheless. She seemed put off when I complimented her hair and tried chatting with her.

Delicious food! The clam chowder was perfect. My fish and chips were good, I had the garlic fries. My daughter had the seafood Alfredo and loved it. It had large scallops and prawns.

Firehouse motif with flags and badges of dozens of cities fire districts. Had a tritip steak sandwich with fries and the sandwich was huge and filled with steak and grilled onions very flavorful and tender. Would recommend meal and restaurant to everyone.

The Firehouse has a comfortable ambience honoring the bravest public servants...Firefighters. Dynamite food, prepared well and tasted great! The pear cider was killer, decent selection on tap too. Staff was really friendly and service was appropriately timed. Could not finish my huge burger, but the pooches did not mind sharing later, and the fries were killer. Nothing fancy here, but that's not the point! Good food & good drink was served up!! Would stop again and recommended.

Price is relatively low for a waterfront view. The food is mediocre, not terrible, not great. The atmosphere is relatively laid back. The people that ordered the clam chowder said it tasted like it was from a can.

Server had the personality of a cardboard cut out. Husband ordered a burger that was pretty much raw and when he told our server she seemed un concerned. We didn't finish anything ordered and she left it all on the bill.

Good food, great staff. I have not had a bad meal here. Good prices compared to all the other restautants in the old town area. Decor on the walls is centered around fire, police and emergency services. Lots of shirts and patches hanging around the place.
